Hoy te traigo un exótico y delicioso «Arroz con quinoa y carne de desayuno»para chuparse los dedos.

Los consejos culinarios sobre la receta de hoy están al final del post.

La quinoa  también, conocida como quinua, es una semilla originaria de los países andinos, catalogada también como un grano integral con un alto valor nutritivo y muy superior al de los cereales tradicionales como la avena, el arroz el trigo y el maiz.

Cuando comes quinoa, estás aportando a tu cuerpo los ocho aminoácidos esenciales para el ser humano, pues esta es la única planta que los posee todos.

Los países mayores productores de quinoa a nivel mundial son Perú y Bolivia con el 92 por ciento de la producción mundial seguidos de Ecuador.

La NASA considera el cultivo de la quinoa como un posible candidato para los futuros viajes interestelar del ser humano.

Existen más de 50 variedades de quinoa en cuanto a forma, color y tamaño de la semilla distribuidas por la región andina. En la receta de el día vamos a emplear quinoa multicolor comprada en un supermercado de Alemania.

Luego de esta pequeña introducción, si aún no haz probado la quinoa te invito a que lo hagas y si ya la consumes habitualmente, pon a prueba tu creatividad culinaria con esta receta exclusiva de COCINA DE TO2.

«ARROZ CON QUINOA Y CARNE DE DESAYUNO»

INGREDIENTES  (para tres comensales).

a)-PARA LA PRESENTACIOÓN DEL PLATO.

b)- PARA EL ARROZ.

  • 2 vasos de arroz blanco de grano largo.
  • 3 vasos de agua.
  • Medio vaso de semillas de quinoa multicolor.
  • Medio Kilo de carne de desayuno.
  • 1 cebolla mediana.
  • 3 dientes de ajo.
  • 1 tomate maduro grande.
  • 1 cucharada de colorante natural.
  • 1 cucharada de caldo de res en polvo.
  • 6 cucharadas de aceite natural (preferentemente de oliva).
  • Media taza de salsa de tomate.
  • 1 cucharadita de salsa de chile.
  • 1 cucharada de vinagre.

ELABORACIóN

  • 1- Sigue los pasos de la decoración del plato:Decoracion de el plato con pepino y tomate.
  • 2- Corta en tomate maduro y la cebolla en cubos pequeños, tritura los tres dientes de ajo.
  • 3- Coloca una sartén mediana sobre la hornilla encendida, calienta levemente las seis cucharadas de aceite, agrega el tomate, la cebolla, el ajo, la media taza de salsa de tomate, sofrie todo ligeramente, añade la carne de desayuno en trozos, sigue sofriendo, echa la cucharada de colorante natural remueve todo y apaga la hornilla.
  • 4. Lava los dos vasos de arroz en la olla arrocera, escurre el agua del arroz, lava aparte el medio vaso de semillas de quinoa, escurre el agua de el lavado de la quinoa, agrega la quinoa al arroz, echa todo lo que tienes en la sartén en la olla arrocera, añade los tres vasos de agua, la cucharada de vinagre, la cucharada de caldo de res en polvo, la cucharadita de salsa de chile, controla el punto de sal, remuévelo todo ligeramente, prende y tapa la olla arrocera. Espera a que el automático de la olla arrocera te indique que el arroz está listo. Remueve ligeramente el arroz, sirve el arroz en una fuente con tapa y luego en cada plato.

CONSEJOS CULINARIOS

  1. Para este plato usamos la semilla de quinoa sin remojar previamente y queda como «Paraiso divino del cielo en la Tierra». También puedes poner las semillas con 3 horas de antelación en remojo o cocinarla 15 minutos en agua hirviendo antes de incorporarlas al arroz según el gusto personal.
