Hoy te presentamos la TABLA DE CONDIMENTOS No.1

Tabla de condimentos No.1

Para que te resulte más fácil y práctico tu quehacer en la preparación de las recetas de cocina te traemos hoy «La tabla de condimentos No.1, la cual puedes aplicar en la preparación de  los siguientes platos: (para tres comensales).

  • Arróz con pollo / Fricasé de pollo.
  • Arróz con pavo / Fricasé de pavo.
  • Arróz con carne de cerdo Fricasé de cerdo.
  • Arróz con carne de res / Fricasé de res.
  • Arróz con pato / Fricasé de pato.
  • Arróz con conejo /Fricasé de Conejo

A continuación te detallo con los numerales sobre cada elemento de la

TABLA DE CONDIMENTOS No.1

    Tabla de condimentos No.1
  1. Una taza de salsa de tomate. Puede ser de cualquiera de las que se venden en los supermercados o de producción casera.
  2. Dos cucharadas de caldo de res en polvo, también puede ser caldo de pollo o caldo de  verduras en polvo. Recuerda que estos caldos vienen con sal añadida por lo que no        necesitas echarle sal a estas recetas o en el caso que lo necesites será muy poca.
  3. Media taza de aceite vegetal que puede ser de girasol o de oliva.
  4. Una cucharadita de cúrcuma para potenciar el color.
  5. Cuatro dientes de ajo* triturados con suficientes.
  6. Una mitad de limón es suficiente. Siempre debes tener cuidado con la cantidad de        limón porque si te pasas de la cantidad óptima, la comida te puede quedar ácida y eso      no se puede luego corregir.
  7. Una cebolla mediana picada en cubos pequeños es suficiente para cualquier receta de    comida para tres comensales. El exceso de cebolla puede irritar el sistema digestivo.
  8. Un tomate mediano o tres tomates pequeñois picados en cubos pequeños.
  9. Una cucharadita de pimientón dulce o picante, también puede ser de pimienta. Según     tu gusto.
  10. EL semáforo rojo-amarillo- verde de medio pimiento de cada color picado en cubos       pequeños. Si tienes pimientos de un solo color, entonces usas un solo pimiento del              que tengas.

¿COMO SE APLICA A LOS PLATOS LA TABLA DE CONDIMENTO No.1?PUES MUY FÁCIL:

  1. Coloca tu vasija de cocina con la carne para tres personas sobre la hornilla encendida.
  2. Agrega el aceite, sofríe y remueve la carne durante un minuto con una espumadera.
  3. Agrega los condimentos en el siguiente orden:  la taza de salsa de tomate,  las dos cucharadas de caldo de res en polvo,  la cucharadita de cúrcuma, la cucharadita de pimientón, esprime la mitad del limón, la cebolla picada, el tomate picado,  los pimientos picados, el ajo triturado. Remover todo con una cuchara de madera o una espumadera para que se sofría levemente.
  4. Agregas agua hasta que se cubra toda la carne (el grosor de un dedo  meñique de agua por encima de la carne), tapa la vasija, cocina a fuego medio durante 30 minutos y listo.

RECUERDA!!!

La Tabla de Condimentos No.1 es una tabla basica para la preparación de los platos más arriba mencionados  y es suficiente para que dichos platos te queden deliciosos, aunque si quieres puedes añadirle otros condimentos a tu gusto como por ejemplo aceitunas, alcaparras, laurel , orégano ect. También te recuerdo que la comida con exceso de condimentos puede irritar el estómago. Si eres mamá o papá, los niños no son muy amantes de las comidas con mucho condimento.
